Part-y ("biz", "şirket" veya "platform") olarak, kullanıcılarımızın ("siz") gizliliğini son derece önemsiyoruz. Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Part-y mobil uygulaması ve web sitesini ("Hizmet") kullanırken toplanan, kullanılan ve korunan bilgileri açıklamaktadır.
Bu politikayı kabul ederek, aşağıda açıklanan uygulamalar konusunda bilgi sahibi olduğunuzu ve onay verdiğinizi kabul etmiş olursunuz.
1. Toplanan Bilgiler
Doğrudan Sağladığınız Bilgiler
Platforma kaydolurken veya kullanırken aşağıdaki bilgileri toplarız:
- Ad, soyad ve kullanıcı adı
- E-posta adresi ve telefon numarası
- Doğum tarihi ve cinsiyet
- Profil fotoğrafı
- İş deneyimi, beceriler ve eğitim bilgileri
- Kimlik doğrulama belgeleri (TC Kimlik No)
Otomatik Toplanan Bilgiler
Hizmeti kullandığınızda otomatik olarak aşağıdaki veriler toplanabilir:
- Konum verisi (GPS tabanlı, yalnızca uygulama açıkken)
- Cihaz bilgileri (model, işletim sistemi, benzersiz cihaz kimliği)
- IP adresi ve tarayıcı türü
- Uygulama içi davranış verileri (tıklama, arama, görüntüleme)
- Çerez ve benzeri izleme teknolojileri
2. Bilgilerin Kullanımı
Topladığımız bilgileri aşağıdaki amaçlarla kullanırız:

3. Bilgilerin Paylaşımı
Kişisel verilerinizi üçüncü taraflarla aşağıdaki koşullar dışında paylaşmayız:
- Hizmet sağlayıcılar: SMS/e-posta altyapısı, bulut depolama ve kimlik doğrulama sağlayıcıları gibi operasyonel ortaklar
- İş ortaklıkları: Eşleşme sürecinde işveren veya çalışan ile paylaşılan profil bilgileri (yalnızca anlaşma tamamlanınca)
- Yasal zorunluluklar: Mahkeme kararı veya yetkili kurum talebi halinde
- İş devri: Şirketin birleşme veya satın alınması durumunda, kullanıcılar önceden bilgilendirilir
Verilerinizi reklam amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satmaz veya kiralamayız.
4. Veri Güvenliği
Verilerinizin güvenliği için endüstri standardı teknik ve idari önlemleri uyguluyoruz:
- Tüm veri iletimi TLS 1.3 şifreleme ile korunur
- Verilerinize erişim yetkili personel ile sınırlıdır
- Düzenli güvenlik denetimleri ve penetrasyon testleri uygulanır
- Veri ihlali durumunda yasal süre içinde kullanıcılar ve KVKK Kurulu bilgilendirilir
5. Kullanıcı Hakları
6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamında aşağıdaki haklara sahipsiniz:
- Kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme
- İşlenen verileriniz hakkında bilgi talep etme
- İşlenme amacını ve amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme
- Yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme
- Eksik veya yanlış işlenmişse düzeltilmesini talep etme
- Silme veya yok edilmesini talep etme
- Düzeltme/silme işlemlerinin üçüncü taraflara bildirilmesini talep etme
- Otomatik sistemlerle analiz edilmesi sonucu aleyhinize bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme

6. Çerezler

7. Üçüncü Taraf Hizmetler
Platformumuz aşağıdaki üçüncü taraf hizmetleri entegre etmektedir:
- Kimlik Doğrulama: Doğrulanmış profil sistemi için
- Harita Hizmetleri: Google Maps API — konum tabanlı eşleşme için
- Analitik: Firebase Analytics — kullanıcı deneyimini iyileştirmek için
- Push Bildirim: Firebase Cloud Messaging — bildirimler için
Bu üçüncü tarafların kendi gizlilik politikaları geçerlidir. Part-y, söz konusu hizmetlerin veri işleme pratiklerinden sorumlu değildir.
8. Politika Değişiklikleri
Bu politikayı zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama içi bildirim veya e-posta ile duyurulacaktır. Değişiklik sonrası platformu kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncellenen politikayı kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

At Part-y ("we", "company", or "platform"), we take the privacy of our users ("you") very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Part-y mobile application and website (the "Service").
By accepting this policy, you acknowledge that you are informed about the practices described below and consent to them.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide Directly
When you register for or use the platform, we collect the following information:
- First name, last name, and username
- Email address and phone number
- Date of birth and gender
- Profile photo
- Work experience, skills, and educational background
- Identity verification documents (National ID number)
Automatically Collected Information
When you use the Service, the following data may be collected automatically:
- Location data (GPS-based, only while the app is open)
- Device information (model, operating system, unique device identifier)
- IP address and browser type
- In-app behavioural data (clicks, searches, views)
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
2. Use of Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

- Business partners: Profile information shared with an employer or worker during the matching process (only once a deal is finalised)
- Legal requirements: When required by a court order or authorised government authority
- Business transfer: In the event of a company merger or acquisition, users will be notified in advance
We do not sell or rent your data to third parties for advertising purposes.
4. Data Security
We apply industry-standard technical and administrative measures to keep your data secure:
- All data transmission is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption
- Access to your data is restricted to authorised personnel
- Regular security audits and penetration tests are conducted
- In the event of a data breach, users and the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK) are notified within the legally required timeframe
5. User Rights
Under Law No. 6698 (KVKK) you have the following rights:
- To learn whether your personal data is being processed
- To request information about the processed data
- To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose
- To learn the third parties to whom data has been transferred, domestically or abroad
- To request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
- To request deletion or destruction of your data
- To request that third parties be notified of correction/deletion actions
- To object to a result that is detrimental to you arising from analysis by automated systems

7. Third-Party Services
Our platform integrates the following third-party services:

These third parties' own privacy policies apply. Part-y is not responsible for the data processing practices of those services.
8. Policy Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Significant changes will be announced via in-app notification or email. Continuing to use the platform after a change has been made constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
